We are doing this to make it so it's a rare welcome back to the site message, so when your signed iut and you try to type in the chat with the bot it tells you where to go to sign in and/if you try to message the bot at any point with a cool down, and make the welcome message saved for new updates and features.

All of this coming out tonight with the release of the big site uodate and app update already out and just added and changes something's on the new app update/patch, and site update coming tonight, along with the members chat 2 new along side the members chat 1 staying already, as the members chat 2 will only be avalible online.
