This basically means if your profile is public/members profile on the site or/app which it should be l, go make it now if not, go to your profile page, or my account page to do this. Once you get enough clicks and views, then you can be found from a search on a browser/your profile on our site/app. for now, though it's going to have to mostly be a search with your profile public name, and then Cashrichard or cashrichard.com after it until the system really rolled out and gets a lot of click/views on a lot of profiles/your profile, etc..
