Flock Social’s Members Chat feature is not end-to-end encrypted. While we do not actively monitor or access private conversations, we also cannot guarantee complete privacy.

We do not review or check messages unless required for safety, legal reasons, or policy enforcement. Even in such cases, we cannot directly access private conversations—only media, files, or reported content may be reviewed.

Additionally, while we cannot access private messages, our hosting providers may have the ability to retrieve message data if legally required. However, this will not happen unless mandated by law, and even then, only relevant information may be disclosed.

Messages sent to our support team or official accounts may be logged temporarily for assistance purposes but are usually deleted after processing.
