If you are unable to log in , follow the steps below to recover your account. Has Your Account Been Compromised? Your account may be compromised if you’ve noticed any of the following: Unexpected posts  or activity from your account Direct messages sent  without your knowledge Unintended actions  such as follows, unfollows, or blocks Security notifications  from Flock Social about suspicious activity Emails from us  about login attempts or account changes that you didn’t make Your password no longer works  and you’re being asked to reset it If you’ve experienced any of these, follow the steps below to secure your account . 1. Change Your Password Immediately If you can still access your account: Go to the login page , enter your email, and click "Forgot Password"  to reset it. Any content that violates our guidelines will be removed . Tap & Hold  the capture icon to start recording. Add a caption and location  if desired. Tap Post  to share immediately, or save it to Drafts  for later editing. 2️⃣ Upload a Video from Your Device You can upload pre-recorded videos to your Flock Social posts . Click the Post button  in the forum main  or elsewhere. Click the Gallery icon  and select a video file  from your device. Make edits , trim the video, and preview before posting. Tap Post  to publish your video. 3️⃣ Embed Videos from Other Sites You can embed videos from third-party platforms (YouTube, Twitch, and more)  by pasting the video link in your post. Click the post box  and paste the video URL. Flock Social will automatically generate an embedded preview . Add additional content and click Post  to share. 💡 Note:  Some external videos may be subject to platform restrictions  and may require an additional click to play. 4️⃣ Go Live on Flock Social Live streaming is available for users who want to broadcast in real-time .
