We are working to fully remove rate limits altogether, and we are close to achieving that goal. Currently, rate limits only apply to the PC site for the forum page when you scroll down or have viewed a certain number of posts. However, we have significantly increased the limit without requiring any payment, unlike Twitter. We have extended it so that you can now view approximately 100 posts on the PC online site or on PC-like devices such as TVs and computers. This change does not affect the app or the mobile online site layout.

Please cooperate with us as we work to fully resolve the outages that started a few days ago. We may need to strengthen the rate limits tomorrow, but I will assess the situation. The reason it took me so long to implement this change and fix the bug related to rate limits being present on all pages and constantly displayed on the mobile site was because I have been dedicating my efforts to releasing a major update and revamp of the social media site, along with significant updates for the forum and the overall site.

Currently, these changes only affect the online site for PC-like devices, not mobile devices. We hope to avoid extending the limits to mobile devices and aim to remove the limits entirely before the update. However, I will evaluate the situation tomorrow as I continue to address the recent outages and work on releasing the significant update for the site, as well as improvements for the mobile app's social media services and design, among other things. This applies to the entire site.
