  • 5 Actual Healthy Meal Combos/Dinners You Should Try, That Taste Good, With Facts/Opinions, & More.

We all know how it goes, you need to go for your weekly or so grocery run, and you get the usually items you want, maybe a few items that standout that are new, or new to you, and then you get the thought in your head, "I need/want to eat healthy", but you have everything in your cart already, make your self feel guilty, and only pick out a few healthy, or "healthy to you items because you feel guilty. Whether this is you or not, this is a lot of people, and or a lot of peoples thoughts/though process, and the point to take out of this is to stop making your self guilty, because you need reward to keep going, and of course your weekly groceries, and there is alternatives to remove the guilt, and make some items in your weekly grocery's better. Half will be food, the other half will bee cooking supply's/ingredients. Just a legal note, this is not written by a medical expert, but someone who has/A.K.A Cash Richard, thee, me, written articles on this site about previous experience, and knowledge, and this is facts, opinions, and my/his health journey also and talking about the health topic/product and site topic in general. While this is not a medical expert this is all factual and my personal experience and as we move throughout this article we will link sources, etc. We have not tried or tested everything we say and list below from common local grocery stores/stores, but some we have, and it is based of nutrition, other articles, facts, and opinion if we have tried it, and every source/article we link etc. We recommend reading our other site articles/blogs and other health articles/person struggles and journey and facts we have done on the site. Go to the writing page to view all in the all category for the articles/blogs and page. cashrichard.com/writing 1 food items first/products, for cooking meals, salmon fish, with any side due to the healthy fish and main course. Salmon has lots of protein like lots of it, and omega-3 fatty acids, and it tastes really good especially when fresh, prepared right, and in my opinion prepared on a grill slowly with cedar wood. Learn more about cedar wood here. When you put some herbs on top of it, when its a little juicy but not to much. With a nice side of brussel sprouts, fries, or what ever you fancy. Its not super easy to cook but not super hard! Source for some of the facts above and more info here. 2 Chicken with rice, and a tasty sauce. We all know chicken can be bland, but also healthy, and rice can be unhealthy, but if you have you choice or rice, example: white rice with chicken, the chicken makes up for the bad in the white rice, and your choice or sauce. Some good recommendations of chicken cuts and sauces in my option, and health in general are boneless breast chicken, not wings, and sauce something sweet and salty but not to heavy on the either side. Source although i mostly wrote this from my experiences/facts and knowledge and opinion. Some more facts/chicken and dinners here. https://www.delish.com/cooking/g177/chicken-rice-recipes/ 3 Pasta and rice, or just pasta and and healthier sauce with warm/or cold veggies on the site. Specifically it could be angel hair noodles, or your noodles of choice with a red sauce, but not to unhealthy of a sauce, or if you do make sure you have veggies on the site, and or brown rice as brown rice is filled with proteins, fiber, and so many more helpful things. Pasta with red or white sauce, example marinara or alfredo sauce with rice and or both veggies also! More here from our source we somewhat used, and once again our opinions and knowledge and facts. https://www.webmd.com/food-recipes/guide/grocery-list 4 Orange Chicken at home. Raw or precooked/warmed already. This type of food, and especially this dish/meal/cut of chicken is so good, we all know who like it, some orange chicken, lightly sauced, with some fried rice can be so good, sometimes from fast food if it's not sketchy. 😳 🤣 Iykyk. If you know you know. There you go, another acronym for you if you needed one. We should make that a new thing, acronym of the day. 🤣 While orange chicken and or/with fried rice can be seen as not the healthiest and or the tastiest option either or, sometimes, that's not actually true. It all depends on where its made, prepared, the cut, the chicken, sauce, additives, if there is egg in the rice, if you bought it/if it is/its fast food, etc. Here we have a website that can teach you to make good sauce for you chicken and rice, and since your chicken is healthy/healthier, so you can make it ok, and we approve for you to have fried rice, with less sauce and eggs, or normal eggs, because we love eggs, and we all know most of us do to. 🤣 We approve for you and give you the exception, but who are we/I to tell you? 🤣 Link here to how to make some good healthy sauce for your chicken and some good healthy chicken cuts, and what not to do with chicken/what's dangerous when cooking especially this etc. https://dinnerthendessert.com/baked-orange-chicken/ 5 Plain chicken wings, seasoned to taste soooo goooood. Whether you want to put a light sauce, or go plain sauced, and amazing seasoning on wings, while keeping it healthy by eliminating sauce and just having butter and seasoning/powders and spices etc. they are both a great option to remove the sauce on wings, get a good cut of wings, to prepare at home, and be healthy, with some steamed or cold vegetables of choice on the side etc. I personally live wings, plain, and especially lemon and herb/buffalo the most, and bbq etc. & more. But plain is one of my favorite and the best option for healthy eating, the most satisfying taste, the seasoning rubbing of on your tongue, your body feeling just full and satisfied wanting more, it's the perfect wing, not too hard to cook, not to expensive, not to hard to find good cuts of meats in the store, and perfect for home even if it takes 1 or 2 tries+ to perfect, it will leave you wanting this meal again/soon and you will you say"that was so good, i have to have this again soon." Of course if you love wings and even if you don't try it. A website on different healthy ways/seasonings, sauces, cuts, etc. of how to prepare and cook wings at home and what to look for in the store, ect. even though we/I did a great job above explaining, here. Especially for people on a diet with this site they say! https://www.shape.com/healthy-eating/diet-tips/healthy-chicken-wings

  • Best Holiday Drinks, Sodas, And More Drinks To Mix For Holiday Drinks. And More Holiday Drinks.

The holiday season is for indulging in your cravings, whether it's for soda, snacks, or other. If you are looking for some good holiday drinks, some sweet, others less so; this is the post for you. The season is starting, fall is technically not ending that soon, but the cold has started for a lot of us, so nothing like getting in the holiday feel! Last thing, we are back to articles/blogs, so subscribe for the newsletter for free, and buy something to support us, or read and like, and comment on the posts. Many more soon, consistently. Starting with a list of sodas, unhealthy and drinks, then after, healthy drinks, and sodas. And more. Read on. 1 Sprite cranberry. It's tasty, it's festive, and if you like sprite, or cranberry, its perfect, especially with the extra fizz because its carbonated. Its kind of rare, but less rare around the December to February dates every year, due to its popularity. You can find a store near you, and where to buy it here or at the link. https://www.sprite.com/products/sprite-winter-spiced-cranberry Try it! 2 Starbucks pumpkin cream cold brew before it leaves for the Christmas menu, and the hot chocolate with whipped cream! While the hot chocolate at Starbucks is not rare, and is year round, the Pumpkin cream cold brew, is my favorite, creamy, cold brew coffee, with hints of pumpkin, sweet, and strong. Its perfect. And we all know about hot chocolate! Get them before they leave. Check them out on the Starbucks website, and see where a location is near you here, and at this link. Try it! https://www.starbucks.com/ 3 Canada dry, raspberry lemonade. Although it's not considered a holiday drink, it taste so good, and feels and reminds you of the holidays, especially when you mix in in drinks, or when you mix it in a drink to make a holiday drink. This and cranberry juice with lime, I have been having, like a mocktail, it taste so good. I don't think it's rare, and I think its year round. If you want to see where you can buy it on there site click here, or this link. https://www.canadadry.com/products/canada-dry-ginger-ale-and-lemonade As with most of the sodas so far, with both, you can buy them in 12, or 24 packs, different sizes, and even bigger packs some times. See details on the links on the different drink items. 4 Squirt. The drink company has many flavors, and had a holiday flavors, and they still might, just not everywhere or widely avalible, but there original flavor is perfect for the holidays, the taste, the fizz, and how it reminds you of the holidays, and also how perfectly it mixes in other drinks like Canada dry. I love drinking this alone with no other drinks, but also I love mixing it with other dinks due to how perfectly it mixes to make a holiday drink, or mixes in holiday drinks to add a sweat, really sugary, really fizzy, white bubbly taste. Almost like a white super salty with no salt. It's a flat but carbonated drink. With different types and flavors. Hard to explain. Most common in bottles and packs. Year round most flavors, and the original yellow flavor, and mostly not rare depending on where you are. Try it! Check out Squirts website to see where you can buy it here, or at this link. https://www.squirtsoda.com/ Try it! 5 Coca-Cola Dreamworld limited edition. Well maybe. The flavor might not stay forever, but with it rolling out to most places, and states, and more, it seems it wont be going any where anytime soon. But still, don't take the risk, and try the flavor. I first tried it at Disney world this summer in Florida, thinking it was rare because of there marketing, and I have never seen it, and I was at the Coke store, and it taste sweet, like lots of sweet candy's, then a normal strong really fizzy coke flavor as the after taste wears out making it really good. While once again its technically not a holiday flavor, it basically is by the taste, and because you can mix it with other coke products and drinks. Really good, but sweet. I do prefer diet Coke. See where you can get it here, and at this link. https://us.coca-cola.com/products/coke-creations/dreamworld-limited-edition-soda?mc_id=se_ko_cli_goog_201991&gclid=CjwKCAiAyfybBhBKEiwAgtB7fkStElA5zhB9f83sJbrVadH56nwHIH46d7ZXyncahhimoTSm8ecGIRoCgBYQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds Try it!

Source here. While the launch had lots of hype at the time back on January 12, 2012, lots of people that play today were still not even born. That is beside the point. Minecraft was a giant game even on launch day with the peak starting just a few days after day 1 of launch 1.1. Infact the game kept peaking and gaining from 2012, and java/ game version 1.1, all the way till 2019 till they leveled out, and started declining. This is natural for a game to decline, but not natural for a game to see an incline and maintenance of players like Minecraft did for such an extended period. Just look at other games. Among us, Fall guys, etc. The texture in Minecraft did not change much until later versions fixed textures, and optimized the game better, while also making multiplayer more accessible. Once against when this update came out, the game was still increasing and skyrocketing in players because this was way before 2019 when players level out and started to drop, as I mentioned. View more about Minecraft player history, and current player information here. Minecraft currently as of 2022 has 141 million active players word wide. That number will slowly increase, while also eventually slowly decrease. Keep in mind, that's active players, but accounts. You can find other information about that on the links we provided, or other sites, as it is difficult to find. With the underwater release, or 1.13, that brough a lot of texture changes also, with it not only being a big player jump, a big texture upgrade, and a big cool update that was never seen before for Minecraft players. More information on version 1.13 here as we are not trying to go on rants and copy information from other sites! Give us feedback if you would like us to do this in future posts/ blogs/ articles. Skipping ahead to recent days, you have Minecraft servers, roleplay, and so many more forms of Minecraft playing and content by players, bringing players who caused the down trend, or quit, back to the game. Also, the release of the recent version 1.19 being the wild updates, has seem to make everyone go wild, and come back to the game like they never left it. The number of active players, which we mentioned above, increased lots once that update was released. Some say that the player count kept increasing pass 2019, but most sources, and information show that is false. But you do not need to be an expert to see that the new Minecraft update looks entertaining and would make you want to play. So, you would think the player increase recently for the new update would be true. And it is. The wild update changed the game in many ways, adding cool monsters, a few types of animals, and cool types of lands, called biomes, or pois. That is just a small list from the update. You can find out more of the wild update, and recent Minecraft updates here. Some more proof of the player increases with the new recent updates, and especially the wild update, at this link with revenue, and more from Minecraft here. It is hard to say how Minecraft's players trend will continue, or updates will be like, but all we can say is Minecraft is not a dead game, they will lose some players, and gain some, and they have lots of updates for the near, and far future for us. I mean just look at their most recent updates such as wild update. I do not think they are going anywhere. I have been playing Minecraft since I was young, and I still play sometimes. It isan incredibly fun game, especially with friends! They are an amazing game, and company, and we should all be excited to see what the future will hold no matter their active their players count! • Are Healthy, Snacks And Drinks, Really That Healthy? Also, Some Alternatives, And Some Advice!

We have all been there, while we were at the drink or snack isle, looking for something good to munch on, and something good to wash it down with. Whether you are shopping online, already bought your snack/ drink items, for a lot of us we have this conscious thought of, can I find something healthier? Or should I check the back? The reason you might not check the back is because you know how bad ingredients health wise are. So, you pass over the thought and continue your day, and do not pick out the "healthier" option. But if you did pick out the so called "healthier" option, that is just a better option than the already not great chip, snack, or drink you wanted in the first place, you can make yourself think it is healthy because it will say things like, diet, or "better ingredients." Companies do this to make you buy their product when you are having the so called "conscious thought of, is this unhealthy? Could I go with anything healthier though?" This for people who had the "I want to choose something healthier though, but not really healthy thought." Companies, for example, could include something healthy, like extra vitamins, or less fat, but horrible other ingredients, but only include the good ingredients to make you buy it, and make you think it is healthy. One example is Diet Coke, 0 calories, 0 sugar, but the fake sugar, and other ingredients, are not good for you, and can lead to other things in large consumption. More here. One food example is Low fat beef sticks, 90 calories, grass feed cows, but high salt, and other horrible ingredients they do not list on the large packaging, and advertising. More here. Companies that will try to market semi healthy, but appetizing eating, will only market the healthy benefits on the packaging, while hiding that they are not that great, and if you want to be healthy you will have to do some searching, and will not be able to have a big beef stick, or many Diet Cokes. The fact that you are here, and the fact that you are willing to make changes, by doing your research on snack and drink examples in our everyday life that you see, is great. You are taking steps in the right direction to find healthy better snacks! More alternatives to snacks, and drinks 2 below. Some ways you can slowly adjust into healthier snacks, is buy some of our recommendations we give you, and some of the articles we give you to read, and look for types of food you like, and do research, to see if you can find a healthy snack or drink version of the item you like. Chances are high. We will provide you with some sources to find some alternatives for snacks/ drinks, and we will also give you some of our own recommendations below. Remember, making changes to your diet is hard, and might even feel impossible at some points. The best advice is to slowly ease into food changes, like caffeine, do not just quit the things you like. Slowly make changes, and ease into the healthier, foods/ drinks. If you do not feel you can make your diet choices on your own, there are alternatives, such as dietitian, therapist, meal courses, meal prep, and others. More here. This is mostly for food/ drinks. Most will find food, is the hardest to change, unless it is things like soda, or alcohol. Which would be a different story for alcohol. Some alternatives, and some sources to help you find better snacks and drinks. To be clear, you might not be the happiest person ever, and the snacks and drinks are not going to be as good as your Coca Cola, and your Cheetos. Not sponsored. It takes adjusting, and time to like foods, and to adjust to a healthier lifestyle. In fact, once you start to change your diet, you might not even like the unhealthy foods you liked before the same. Everything takes time! More on how to adjust to a healthier diet here. Starting with my recommendations, then after, some sites to give you healthy alternatives. 1 Drink, Liquid Death, it is bubble water, flavored, with only 2 grams of sugar, 20 calories per can, and has 3 flavors! They are also just water in a can, to eliminate plastic, and to hydrate you. Personally, when I dropped caffeine, and all horrible sodas, it was so hard, but Liquid Death made it easier. Their website here. 2 Snack, Lesser Evil, Himalayan Organic Popcorn, low salt, fat, calories, and more! Popcorn in general can be a great snack to have when trying to be healthy, but then you put things like butter, salt, and more, that just makes it very unhealthy. This popcorn tastes good, it tastes like good, seasoned popcorn, and you cannot even tell its healthy. Or that is what we call it. Lesser Evil site here. 3 Drink, kombucha health Ade, low on calories, decent amount of sugar, not crazy low, but not crazy high, good for your gut, potentially helps Bowell movements, a more! I personally have been drinking this drink, even before I started trying, "trying" to make healthy choices, it tastes good, happy gut, and there are many flavors, and it even has health benefits. While I do not think it is for everyone, try it! Their website here. 4 Snack, Annie's cheddar bunnies, low fat, low salt, low calories, tasty, and cute. I personally have loved these my whole life, and that just goes to show that this healthy snack is good even when you are not trying to be healthy. It is a great snack, so flavorful, and I have been eating it for years now! Try it! Their website here. 5 Drink coffee, but in moderation, due to caffeine, and other things. You can read our article about caffeine, caffeine withdraw, and coffee here. Coffee has the benefits of short-term energy, helping bowel movements, and tastes so good especially if you add a little milk or sugar. But not too much, or else it becomes unhealthy. It depends on the person, if you are too young, you should not be drinking too much coffee, but if you are responsible, and older, coffee is a great drink that can be healthy, if you do not go crazy with the toppings! If you like the taste, and you are a kid, there are options, like low caffeine coffee called decaf, that tastes the same! More on coffee, and coffee health benefits here. Now moving on to some websites you can find alternatives to drinks/ snacks. Here are 2 great websites, 1 Drinks here. 2 Snacks here. A bonus, related to snacks/ drinks and sodas, here are two more great alternatives to all types of snacks, not just chips, and some great alternatives to drinks, not just sodas if you want to expand your health more from the sites we link below. 1 Snacks, here. 2 Drinks here. I hope this can help you, I personally, Cash Richard, am having these struggles, and know how hard it is. If you need help talk to someone you know, or experts online. There is so many resources online, it just takes a google search. A lot of people think people who struggle with food issues are just exaggerating, because they do not know the struggles. If you know anyone that is doing this to you, talk to someone else you know, and first try to talk to them about what we just talked about, and tell them how much of a Struggle it really is, and if they cannot listen to you why should you listen to them? My point is, do not worry, you are not alone. You can also talk to me to, as I am still having these struggles to @ servicehelp@cashrichard.com, or business@cashrichard.com! Thanks for reading. See you in the next article/ blog soon!
